Flipmeastack started in 2002 providing business consulting services to growing IHOP Franchisees. Although we are a small company, we remain committed to providing the best service to our client restaurants. Our services have evolved over time and our main focus is to help alleviate the everyday stressors of restaurant operations by offering solid support, structure, and consulting services.

Through trust and collaboration, our team is here to support you in your everyday operations. Our team has collectively over 75+ years of restaurant experience, a majority of which has been in tandem with the IHOP Brand. Many of us have not only grown up with the brand, but worked our way up the ladder first working in IHOP restaurants and later in support of them. We are passionate about our franchisees, pancakes, and the success of the businesses.

Victoria Janmohammed started Flipmeastack, Inc. management consulting company in 2002 after first hand experience in the restaurant industry and IHOP franchise system. She worked her way up for over 30 years. After completing her IHOP Management Certification, Multi-Unit Leadership, and various other training programs, her purpose was clearly defined. That is when she created the idea of Flipmeastack, Inc. and saw it through to fruition. Her original foundation of seeing a need and filling a need, is still the main driver for her in developing and adapting to clients as the business continues to evolve. Victoria has continued her education over the years including membership with SHRM and the Disney Customer Experience Summit. She is married and a proud mother of 2 adult boys, an avid Disney fan, women's advocate, and dog lover. She also loves to sing, cook for family & friends, and garden. She is often told she has syrup running in her veins.



Steve Kuenstler has been with Flipmeastack since it's inception. He started first as District Manager for IHOP multi-unit franchisees in Chicagoland for several years until transitioning to Flipmeastack. Steve has an extensive background in working in the restaurant industry from family dining to fast food. He has worked alongside franchisees for over 25 years. As Director
of Operations for Flipmeastack, Steve is the hands-on go-to guy for operations, compliance, training, initiatives and measurements. Steve is Management Certified with IHOP, Multi-Unit Leadership, and sanitation and safety certified trainer.



With two decades of working in both the heart and front of the house, Naseem currently servers as the District Manager for Flipmeastack Inc. Naseem joined the Flipmeastack family in 2002. Hospitality has been his life-long passion, and for those interested in pursuing a career in the restaurant industry.

Naseem informs them that this passion

has to come from the heart, because it’s not just a job it’s a way of life. It takes unique, heartfelt individuals who love the crazy and intense atmosphere to thrive in the restaurant environment. Naseem attended University of South Alabama. In his free time he enjoys photography, working on classic cars, and traveling with his family.



Mahdi Elmaaroufi started with Flipmeastack, in 2017 and IHOP Management Certification more than 10 years ago. "I like to address each situation all while

implementing policy. I also assess the human/true real life aspect of it. I enjoy finding the answers outside of the common solutions. Like my old boss said you must be a monster, but a leader monster. I strive and live for leadership and building business, I love what I do. All Thanks to the great mentor and people I have met throughout my career. I am also a father of The Three Musketeers, my lovely boys."



Faizur UsmaniI has been involved in the IHOP brand and franchisees for 9 years. Starting from Sunshine Restaurants in Florida in 2012 and subsequently worked with other franchisees as the General Manager at both Ford city and Buffalo Grove locations.

My current position is the Field Manager with the Flipmeastack team. I have an 28 years of extensive experience in restaurant management including previously managing Burger King, Wendy’s, Denny’s, Bennigan's and Chili’s.

I have three children, one girl and two boys. All three of them are in different colleges. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family & friends. I also love to explore new restaurants and venues. ​



Barbara’s past in retail & municipal purchasing, research, internal department auditing, EDI set-up, and customer service gives her a mixed background of skills to bring to the table as Flipmeastack’s Executive Assistant and internal Loss Prevention person. She works behind-the-scenes at Flipmeastack with the President and CEO, and IHOP Franchisee's. She is married with a grown son, and loves spending her free time reading, crafting, and gardening.​
